The history of business shows the significance of intangible assets of companies in forming their competitive advantages. One of those assets, specifically, the corporate reputation appeared to be the most essential and decisive thus getting more and more attention and efforts toward its evaluation and management. 

Being an abstract by nature, corporate reputation requires quite a complex and weighty professional process for its measurement and control. The goal of our research is to structure convenient reputation measurement tool relevant to the activities and specific field of each of our clients so that we program and propose the most effective positive image management approaches.
